Reservation Commitment Fee
To secure your reservation, a $15 non-refundable reservation commitment fee is required. Once you book your vehicle, you will receive an email with a link to pay the reservation commitment fee.
This fee guarantees your vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and removes it from availability for other customers. It is separate from the rental cost, not deducted from your total, and non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.
Paying the fee ensures your vehicle is officially assigned and ready for your rental dates..

When you rent with us, a $300 security deposit is required at the start of your booking. It is important to note that this is an authorization hold and not an immediate charge. This means the funds are simply reserved by your bank and are not withdrawn from your account.
This hold is only utilized if the vehicle is returned in a condition that requires extra attention, such as:
Fuel: If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than agreed upon.
Cleaning: If the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty state.
Damage: To cover any minor damages found upon inspection.
Otherwise, the authorization will be fully released the moment the vehicle is returned in its original condition.

For arrivals or departures outside our standard office hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
Travel doesn't always happen on a 9-to-6 schedule. Our Flex-Time Service ensures a dedicated Nexus team member is on-site specifically for you, providing a personalized handover regardless of the clock.
Single Event ($35): Applies if either your pickup or your return occurs outside of office hours.
Flex-Bundle ($50): Arriving late and leaving early? Save $20 by bundling both after-hours services into one flat rate.
